How does your dozen-days(12days) trial period work

The dozen days (12days) trial period gives you a hands-on experience of using the features of our effective paid plans. You can request for a trial of any of our four paid plans and try a free test drive.

What languages are SIMBYM modules available in?

SIMBYM supports right at the moment only English. We will shortly be opening up in other languages.

Are you EU-US Privacy Shield compliant?

Yes. We do comply with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the Department of Commerce which applies to the collection, use, and retention of customer personal data from the EU-(European Union). For more information, please check Privacy Shield compliant.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal or Bank Wire transfer for yearly subscriptions. For further details, please contact info@SIMBYM.COM

Do I have to provide payment information up front?

No, Absolutely not. We do not ask for your credit card information when you sign up for SIMBYM INITIAL FREE PLAN. You can start out with the free plan. If you choose to stay on it, you can. At a later date if you choose to upgrade to a more efficient plan you can at any time. Prices apply for respective plans.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes, Absolutely. SIMBYM allows you to pay-as-you-go service (monthly or yearly), so you can upgrade or downgrade whenever you need, provided you are the module or platform portal owner.

What happens to my features when I downgrade my account?

Features offered are exclusive to the different efficient plans. Higher the efficient plans, higher the price. If you decide to downgrade from a more efficient plan to a less efficient paid plan, you will not be able to use the features exclusive to the higher plan. It’s your choice to choose any plan, although we recommend.

What happens to my data, when I downgrade my account?

No worries, your data is safe but you will lose your access to that particular plan and data. If you restart using the higher efficient plan again, you will continue to have access to your data once again, if you upgrade to a more efficient plan.

Where do you store my data?

We store your data & information on the cloud on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Cosmos. We assure you that your data is protected by the rules and regulations of the network security of Microsoft.

It’s Pay as you go License, so no long-term contract’s?

Yes, it’s your complete choice you are never bound by long-term contracts. You will not have a change of mind but should you have at any stage, it’s at your free will, you can retire!
