She is a B.Sc. Graduate from Queen Mary’s College, Madras, India. She is very practical, positive attitude and strong leadership. Her training classes and initiatives in parting innovative technology in different fields of Science and art have been unique & remarkable. She has been a sound and intelligent Pro bono consultant to the leading head of the Blue-Chip petroleum company, Shell and Bharath Petroleum Corp, South India. She was in the committee of the “Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility of this powerful Enterprise”. She was invited often to be the Chief Guest, to support and motivate children of the lesser socio-economic background by Shell & Bharath Petroleum Corporation, India.

Her love for nature helped introduce the ingeniously innovative idea of planting trees to celebrate chief guests in Public corporate sectors, Shell & Bharath Petroleum Corp. This phenomenal idea, was initiated to be followed in their important company public functions. Such changes were not easy in a public corporate sector, some 50 years back and at a time when people never thought of environment and protecting green. As then the tradition was to adorn the honorable guest’s and chief guest’s with expensive flower garland’s & put a shawl as a mark of respect, in any corporate special occasions & functions. She was revolutionary and ahead of her times, to make such practical yet remarkable changes, in the petroleum public corporate sector. Considered by many as a formidable achievement.

She is a beacon of light & strength, Vedapriya strongly and fervently believes education gives strength and independence of mind to women. She sits in the Board of Directors as a President on an Educational charitable organization.
